At Limetro Steel, we strive to deliver products that reflect our commitment to quality, strength, and durability. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our return policy is outlined below:

1. Eligibility for Returns

• Products are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery.

• The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

• Proof of purchase (invoice/receipt) is required to process the return.

2. Return Charges

• If the product delivered matches the described quality and specifications, return charges will be applicable and borne by the customer.

• If the product is defective, damaged, or does not match the specifications ordered, Limetro Steel will bear the return charges.

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Customized or made-to-order stainless steel products cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged.

• Products damaged due to customer mishandling, improper usage, or not following care instructions will not be eligible for return.

4. Refund Process

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.

• Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during purchase.
