  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods & Timelines

  • Standard Delivery (Pan-India): 5–7 business days (may vary based on location).

  • Express Delivery (Selected Locations): 2–4 business days.

  • International Shipping: Available on request. Timelines vary by destination.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control (e.g., courier delays, strikes, weather conditions).

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and delivery location.

  • Free shipping may be offered on orders above ₹[X] (if applicable).

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS with the tracking number and courier details.

  • You can track your order status on the courier’s website.

5. Delivery Issues

  • Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses, recipient unavailability, or courier issues.

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, re-shipping charges will apply.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incomplete order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with pictures of the product and packaging.

  • We will investigate and resolve the issue as per our Return & Refund Policy.

7. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations will not be possible.
